RETURN POLICY / EXCHANGE POLICY
At AZTECLY, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the order (not valid for accessories) for a full refund of the paid price (excluding shipping charges). We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Aztecly website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
Products purchased during the sale will be eligible for returns or exchanges. In store credit will be given to all returns. Items found to be defective will be eligible for exchange for the same or similar product subject to availability.
At Aztecly we have 02 days return and exchange policy, it gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from Aztecly for any reason within 02 days of receipt of the item. The returned product shall be shipped back to us within 07 days of your return request being approved. If the product is not shipped within the stipulated time it will not be valid for return or exchange. (Not valid for accessories)
GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

All product tags intact and in their original packaging.

Product must be unused.

Products must be in an unwashed, undamaged & unaltered condition.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.
Returns and exchange are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check 50% amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
In some cases a product might be sold out for exchange by the time we receive it. In such cases the customer is liable for refund or in-store credit as per the customer’s choice.
Note: Exchange for size or any other products is applicable for products bought during sale. Returns are not acceptable for products purchased in sales. No refunds will be allowed for products bough during sale.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site
No Return and Exchange will be accepted for products purchased under the beauty, lingerie, accessories, jewellery & swim wear category. Returns or Exchange under these categories are only accepted if the product is found to be defective. (Excluding Sales Products).
TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO AZTECLY, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
You can easily return items by following these steps:
1. Let us know which items you wish to return by registering your return online . All you need is your order number and you can arrange collection of your return.
2. Package the items you wish to return in the same bag/box, ex. The one you received your parcel in.
3. The courier person will attach the return label on your parcel upon collection.
4. The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records.
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us.

EXCHANGES:
At Aztecly we have 02 days exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY:

Only size exchanges are allowed.

Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately
Note: Exchanges are not acceptable for products purchased in sales and products purchased under the beauty, lingerie, accessories, jewellery & swim wear category. Exchange under these categories are only accepted if the product is found to be defective. (Excluding Sales Products)
RETURN / EXCHANGE TAGGING:
All our products come fitted with standard tamper proof tagging. If this tag is removed from the garment or tampered with the garment will be in-eligible for return or exchange.
If you are unsure of the size you have ordered, we request you to please try the garment with the tags on.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Aztecly understands that you may change your mind even after making payment or confirming the order. Consumers can cancel their order within 24 hours of confirming the order free of cost.
Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel. In such cases if you wish to cancel your order a small fee of Rs.99.00 will be applicable which will be adjusted in your refund amount.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made after deducting cancellation charges if any.
